Our CRM platform - used to manage enquiries, communications, and course enrolment.

Meta (Facebook/Instagram) - for advertising and audience measurement through the Meta pixel.

Wellbeing Fitness Education Centre Ltd - our course provider, who deliver the training programme and course materials on our behalf.

Focus Awards - our awarding body, who process your qualification registration and certification when you enrol on a course.

WhatsApp (Meta) - for responding to messages you send us through WhatsApp.

Stripe - for processing deposit payments. Course fee payments are made by bank transfer and are not processed through a third-party payment platform.

All third-party processors are required to handle your data in accordance with UK data protection law. Where data is transferred outside the UK, appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

How Long We Keep Your Data

Enquiry data (name, email, phone from contact forms or calls) - 2 years from your last contact with us, unless you go on to enrol.

Student records (enrolled students) - 6 years after course completion, as required for regulatory and awarding body purposes.

Financial records - 6 years, as required by HMRC.

Website analytics data - 26 months (the Google Analytics default).

Marketing consent records - kept until you withdraw consent, plus 1 year for our records.

After these periods, your data is securely deleted or anonymised.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

Access - request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Rectification - ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
